渣漿泵漿體管路損失確定方法研究概況
    漿體管路水頭損失,隨著漿體中所含固體顆粒粒徑、固體物相對密度、漿體濃度等因素的不同而變化。漿體管路水頭損失是以清水管路水頭損失為基礎。下面簡要介紹一下漿體管路損失確定方法研究概況。

一、均質漿體管路水頭損失確定方法
    固體物料所有固體顆粒小于0. lmm,重量濃度C≤30%,體積濃度C≤15%的漿體,屬于均質漿體,不需考慮固體顆粒的沉降。其管路水頭損失與清水時基本相同。因此,水頭損失和管路特性曲線,可以按照清水時的辦法求得.

二、典型漿體管路水頭損失確定方法

    沃曼公司在選型手冊中認為,這類渣漿泵漿體的管路水頭損失有如下特點:在同樣的管路條件下,當漿體流速為其臨界沉降流速的0.7倍(V=0.7V.) 時漿體的水頭損失與清水以漿體臨界沉降流速流動(v=V2) 時的水頭損失相同;當漿體流速為其臨界沉降流速的1.3倍(V=1.3V2)時,漿體水頭損失與清水以同樣流速流動時的水頭損失相同。將上述情況示在H V坐標系中,如圖1-4- 1所示,用曲線將點C和B連接起來且在點B處相切,就得到漿體管路特性(阻力)出線。
    三、非典型漿體管路水頭損失研究方法
非典型漿體是指固體額粒徑da>0.3mm、體積液度c,≤20%的某體,確定這種漿體管路鎖失的方法是,將流速V-V,時清水水頭損失作為漿體水頭損失,而漿體損失與清水時水頭損失相同時的流速計算(何希杰已給出了具體表達式),再用光滑曲線將這兩點連接起來,就可以得到漿體管路損失曲線。
如果給定漿體有關參數C. di.)和現場工況條件,就可以算出V.、K和K,值,這樣根據上述公式確定不同流速V時的漿體管路水頭損失H.值然后根據選型程序,計算有關參數值,就可以選擇適合現場工況條件要求的泵型。

3. Research methods of head loss in atypical slurry pipelines

Atypical slurry refers to a body with solid particle size Da > 0.3mm, volume liquid degree C and less than 20%.
