渣漿泵抽鐵礦石性質
該礦為矽卡巖型白鎢多金屬硫化礦。主要有用礦物是方鉛礦、閃鋅礦、黃銅礦、白鎢礦和螢石。主要脈石礦物是石英、方解石、鎢鐵輝石、石榴子石、透閃石和陽起石。有用礦物呈細粒不均勻嵌布,方鉛礦多呈脈狀和塊狀產出,粒度一般為0.16~0.25mm,常交代磁黃鐵礦或閃鋅礦。閃鋅礦與黃銅礦緊密共生,粒度一般為 0.1~ 1mm;磁黃鐵礦常以閃鋅礦的包體產出:黃銅礦呈中細粒嵌布,粒度一般為0.05~0.1mm,多交代磁黃鐵礦或閃鋅礦。白鎢礦與硫化礦物緊密結合,粒度一般為0. 1~0.2mm,常產于鈣鐵輝石中。
銀的獨立礦物為螺狀硫銀礦,少量是深紅銀礦、含銀硫鉍銻鉛礦。銀與金屬硫化物關系密切,且絕大多數呈顯微粒狀嵌布于方鉛礦中。分布于硫化礦物及脈石礦物中的銀占78. 06%,呈游離銀礦物存在的銀僅占21. 94%。
(2) 選礦工藝
流程如圖4.10所示。磨礦細度一0.074mm占65%。銀60%以上富集在鉛精礦中,在銅精礦中的銀約占5%,鋅精礦中的銀只占2%左右。
(3)浮選藥劑
碳酸鈉3000g/t,氧化鈉25g/t,硫酸鋅230g/t,硫酸銅150g/t,亞硫酸鈉80g/t, 丁基銨黑藥235g/t, 重鉻酸鉀300g/t, 丁基黃藥180g/t,石灰1000g/t,松醇油5g/t,水玻璃8000g/t氧化石蠟皂850g/t。

①原礦品位: Ag115g/t, Cu 0.10%,Pb1.43%,Zn1.01%,WO3 0. 30%。
②銅精礦品位: Ag1985g/t, Cu 20.66%;回收率: Ag4. 96%,Cu 60. 05%。
③鉛精礦品位: Ag 3206g/t, Pb 56.07%;回收率: Ag62.42%,Pb 87. 93%。
④鋅精礦品位: Ag154g/t,Zn 46. 96%;回收率: Ag2.21%,Zn 76. 63%。
⑤鎢精礦品位: WO368. 3%;回收率: 79. 15%。
Properties of iron ore pumped by slurry
The ore is skarn type scheelite polymetallic sulfide ore. The main useful minerals are galena, sphalerite, chalcopyrite, scheelite and fluorite. The main gangue minerals are quartz, calcite, wolframite pyroxene, garnet, tremolite and actinolite. The useful minerals are unevenly distributed in fine grains, and galena is mostly vein and massive, with the grain size of 0.16 ~ 0.25 mm, often replacing pyrrhotite or sphalerite. Sphalerite is closely associated with chalcopyrite, with a grain size of 0.1 ~ 1 mm; pyrrhotite is often produced as inclusion of sphalerite; chalcopyrite is distributed in medium and fine grains, with a grain size of 0.05 ~ 0.1 mm, mostly metasomatic pyrrhotite or sphalerite. Scheelite is closely associated with sulfide minerals, and its grain size is generally 0.1 ~ 0.2mm. It often occurs in augite.
The independent minerals of silver are spiral chalcopyrite, a small amount of which are crimson silver ore and silver bearing bismuth antimony lead ore. Silver is closely related to metal sulfides, and most of them are embedded in galena in the form of particles. The distribution of silver in sulfide minerals and gangue minerals accounts for 78.06%, and that in free silver minerals only accounts for 21.94%.
(2) Mineral processing technology
The process is shown in Figure 4.10. The grinding fineness - 0.074mm accounts for 65%. More than 60% of silver is concentrated in lead concentrate, about 5% in copper concentrate and only about 2% in zinc concentrate.
(3) Flotation reagent
Sodium carbonate 3000g / T, sodium oxide 25g / T, zinc sulfate 230g / T, copper sulfate 150g / T, sodium sulfite 80g / T, Butyl Ammonium black agent 235g / T, potassium dichromate 300g / T, butyl xanthate 180g / T, lime 1000g / T, terpineol oil 5g / T, sodium silicate 8000g / T, oxidized paraffin soap 850g / T.
