渣漿泵的比轉速類型和規格
離心泵的類型和規格很多,結構也多種多樣,很難對其性能進行綜合比較,而且在研制新型泵時,由于泵內流動狀況復雜,往往在參照現有泵的基礎上進行試驗和設計。這樣,在有的分類、試驗設計和產品系列化方面,就引進了比轉速這一概念,用n.表示。
1.比轉速表達式
取相似定律的式(1 - 55)及式(1 -56).消去2u.得:

比轉速是由相似定律導出的綜合參數,它是工況的函數,對于同一臺泵來說,不同渣漿泵工況就有不同的比轉速,應以其設計工況點(或最高效率點)的比轉速來代表這臺泵的比轉速。幾何相似的泵在各自最高效率點處的工況相似,因此其比轉速相等。比轉速不同的泵,其幾何形狀一定不相似:比轉速 相同的泵其幾何形狀也不一定完全相似。
