銻金 ()礦的浮選分渣漿泵離方法是什么?
    在銻金(硫化礦石中,主要目的礦物有輝銻礦、自然金、黃鐵礦、毒砂等,而黃鐵礦、毒砂是主要載金礦物,有的輝銻礦也含金。毒砂含砷,有時黃鐵礦也含砷。因此,該類型礦石含砷較高。
    該類型礦石中的銻金()分離,除了粗粒自然金用重選回收外,大部分是輝銻礦與黃鐵礦、毒砂等礦物的分離。浮選分離銻金()礦物的工藝流程在實踐中有優先浮選及混合-優先浮選。浮選分離的方法有下列幾種:氫氧化鈉法;硫化鈉-氫氧化鈉或碳酸鈉法;氧化劑法;丁銨黑藥法;氰化物法。因氰化物有毒,影響環保,并溶解金、銀,該法在國內目前應用較少。

氫氧化鈉法:采用優先浮選工藝流程,在球磨機中加氫氧化鈉,在強堿性礦漿中磨礦來抑制輝銻礦.用硫酸銅來活化黃鐵礦及毒砂,再將礦漿pH調到8~9,加捕收劑及起泡劑,浮選出黃鐵礦及毒砂,得金()精礦,其尾礦加鉛鹽或銅鹽活化輝銻礦,再加捕收劑及起泡劑進行浮選,得銻精礦。
