含金礦石浮選渣漿泵的基本過程是什么?
    浮選過程一般包括 下列內容:
    物料的準備,以磨礦分級為主,目的是使金物單體分離,控制粒度和礦漿濃度,使適合浮選的要求:
    調整礦漿pH并加浮選劑,滿足分選所需要的藥劑條件:

攪拌充氣,造成大量的礦化泡沫,以使金礦物和泡沫充分接觸和附著;

穩定的礦比泡沫層的形成和出,實現金礦物和脈石礦物的有效分離。

正常情況下,浮選的泡沫產物作為精礦產出,這種方法稱為正浮選。但有時也可以將脈石礦物浮泡沫產物中,而將有用心物留在礦漿中作為精礦排出。這種與正常脈常浮選相反的浮選過程稱為反浮選。

    根據含金多金屬硫化礦物的共生關系,含金礦石主要類型及伴生金屬、脈石礦物見表4.1。

各種礦石類型中,金的伴生金屬硫化礦物主要是黃銅礦及黃鐵礦。

含金多金屬硫化礦主要分為含金銅硫礦石、含金銅鋁鋅礦石、銻金(礦石、銻鎢金礦石等。在含金多金屬硫化礦中,粗粒的自然金一般常用重選回收。但大部分自然金是以細粒浸染狀賦存于黃銅礦、黃鐵礦、毒砂、輝銻礦、方鉛礦等硫化礦物中,它們緊密共生,有的還呈包裹體,在選礦過程中,金隨著這些金屬硫化礦物富集而富集,只能得到含金的銅、鉛、銻、硫等硫化礦物精礦。渣漿泵含金硫精礦,如焦家、招遠、新城、五龍、金廠峪、靈山、乳山等金礦選廠均采用氰化浸出提金;而龍水金礦選廠則采用硫脲浸出提金。以上兩種方法的浸出渣均為硫精礦,作為生產硫酸的原料。其他含金硫化礦物精礦,只有在冶煉過程中加以綜合回收金。

According to the paragenesis of gold bearing polymetallic sulfide minerals, the main types of gold bearing ores, associated metals and gangue minerals are shown in table 4.1.

Among various ore types, the associated metal sulfide minerals of gold are mainly chalcopyrite and pyrite.

Gold bearing polymetallic sulfide ores are mainly divided into gold bearing copper sulfide ores, gold bearing copper aluminum zinc ores, antimony gold (arsenic) ores, antimony tungsten gold ores, etc. In the gold bearing polymetallic sulfide ores, the coarse natural gold is usually recovered by gravity separation. However, most of the natural gold occurs in chalcopyrite, pyrite, arsenopyrite, stibnite, galena and other sulfide minerals in fine-grained disseminated form. They are closely related and some are inclusions. During the beneficiation process, gold is enriched with these metal sulfide minerals, and only copper, lead, antimony, sulfur and other sulfide mineral concentrates containing gold can be obtained. The gold bearing sulfur concentrate of the slurry pump, such as Jiaojia, Zhaoyuan, Xincheng, Wulong, Jinchangyu, Lingshan, Rushan and other gold ore dressing plants, uses cyanide leaching to extract gold, while the Longshui gold ore dressing plant uses thiourea leaching to extract gold. The leached residue of the above two methods is sulfur concentrate, which is used as raw material for sulfuric acid production. Other gold bearing sulfide mineral concentrates can only be recovered comprehensively in the smelting process.
