渣漿泵的幾種常用結構分段式多級泵
如圖2-15所示，這種結構泵使用也極廣泛。它實際上相當于將幾個葉輪裝在一根軸上串聯工作，所以泵的揚程可以比較高，每個葉輪均有相應的導葉。第一級葉輪一般是單吸的，但為了改善泵的汽蝕性能，可將第一級葉輪 制成雙吸。泵的軸承在泵軸的兩端支承，功率小的泵用滾動軸承，功率大的泵用滑動軸承，稀油潤滑，甚至需要用強制潤滑方式。軸向力的平衡常采用平衡盤結構或平衡鼓結構。采用平衡盤結構時，整個轉子可以左右竄動，靠平衡盤自動的將轉子維持在平衡位置上。少數還有采用平衡孔結構。渣漿泵廠家
Several commonly used structure of slurry pump
As shown in Figure 2-15, this kind of structural pump is also widely used. In fact, it is equivalent to several impellers installed on a shaft in series, so the pump head can be relatively high, and each impeller has corresponding guide vanes.
